About Us

Owners and operators of Pristine Angels Cleaning Solutions, Angela Antony and Kristin Pantoja, decided to start their fifth business after a decade of partnering together based on a simple philosophy: that if you have strong fundamental knowledge and experience around business operations, those best practices can be applied to any type of business. Many business owners and operators within the trade/labor industry tend to start their business because they have an elevated skill set within that particular trade. Angela and Kristin take a different approach by applying strong business acumen to the cleaning services industry.

Upon purchasing their first vacation rental property in 2022, they were warned by friends and colleagues that the hardest part of owning a rental property is finding a reliable and consistent cleaning company. After three years of managing their vacation rental property at the Delaware beaches, they confirmed what their friends and colleagues had shared was unfortunately true. Instead of continuing to live with the problem, they decided to not only identify a solution, but take it into action in the form of a cleaning services solution, specifically for vacation rentals, as an extension of their investment property business.

Pristine Angels Cleaning Solutions (PACS) was launched in February 2026. PACS business model was built on combining two of Angela’s previous experiences. The first dates back to when she was in college and worked for a student painters company that took something easily trainable, such as painting, and used that to teach college students how to start and operate a small business. The second experience came from her own business model in flex recruiting, grounded in hyper discipline to best practices and processes, and formula-based workforce management. By combining these two business models, Angela and Kristin embarked upon creating workforce formulas of three-person teams with one team leader and two cleaning specialists. Their flex recruiting business would take PACS on as a client and handle the recruiting of college students who were looking for consistent, good-paying summer jobs at the beach. Their long-term team member, Lisa, would be the General Manager of PACS and utilize her extensive background in business operations and business development. Together, these three women and two business models would result in the ideal vacation rental cleaning solution.

PACS offers three levels of cleaning packages so that you can choose the right solution for your property.
