Every inch of our home in Swann Cove is designed to make luxury accessible to you and your loved ones. As seasoned travelers and customers many times over we have taken time for the details to make you not only feel at home but truly on vacation. The modern coastal custom home design and decor will make your getaway feel fresh, comfortable and easy.
We are obsessed with cleanliness. From white towels and sheets that are bleach sanitized between every guest, to professional cleaning of the house, hard surface floors and readily available disinfecting products.
The home is fully outfitted as an Google smart home, with Roku streaming TVs in every bedroom, a full work station, home security system and device charging stations.
Don’t worry about packing toys, beach equipment or games. Our family focused home comes filled with all you need to make for at home and at the beach entertainment. We have all you need for baby care as well: high chair, toddler bed, pack and play, kids plates/bowls/spoons/cups and diaper changing pad. In the kids room closet there are plenty of toys, activity books and even a play tent and tunnel. The garage is packed with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, even plenty of sunblock and bug spray. In addition to the kid friendly bedroom there is also a loft equipped with two day beds, a curtain to close off the loft for privacy that serves as an additional bedroom with 4 twin beds, a 50 inch Roku TV and large dresser.

Entryway
As you enter the home you get a sense of luxury and comfort. You are greeted with a true welcome station to start your vacation off right.
Starting off with a shell guest book, where you and your family can add your name to the long list of fellow visitors to commemorate the moment. We also include locally sourced sea shells and crafting materials to take a little part of the beach back home with you.
The entryway of the home is also the location of the security system control panel which provides round the clock monitoring. The security system includes window and door sensors, carbon monoxide detection front and rear camera, and remote control door locks
Office Space
As you enter the home the first room you will come by is our Office Space. We provide a working station complete with dual monitor display, a docking station so everything is connected and a printer for those last minute ticket print outs. This area is not just office but also a flex space, with a comfy sitting area for the morning coffee and a pull out sleeper sofa for that unexpected guest.
Kitchen
In the fully equipped kitchen we welcome you to all items in the pantry and freezer. We also encourage use of our stock of spices, glassware and bar cart to make for a wonderful home cooked meal.Â
Dining Room and Living Room
The dining table comfortably seats 12 adults plus there is an additional table in the sun room for game playing or to seat four more. The kitchen island bar also seats another four.
Porch and Sunroom
When on vacation everyone wants to enjoy the outdoors. Our screened in porch is set up as an outdoor living room making it a great place to relax while being protected from pesky mosquitos.
In the side sun room the white sofa turns into an additional pull out bed to provide more space for your guest. This area is also where you will find an additional leaf for dining table.Â
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is the main attraction of the first floor. With a king sized bed, sleeper chair (the size of a twin size bed), charging station, google mini, and roku tv.Â
You will feel right at home in your own personal escape. Connected to the master bedroom is your own personal bathroom complete with His and Hers sinks, a walk in shower and a jet bathtub to relax in after a long day.
Loft
In addition to the kid friendly bedroom there is also a loft equipped with two day beds, a curtain to close off the loft for privacy that serves as an additional bedroom with 4 twin beds, a 50 inch Roku TV and large dresser.
Bedroom 1
 In the kids room closet there are plenty of toys, activity books and even a play tent and tunnel. The room includes a queen bed, a day bed, a toddler bed, and a pack & play
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is more like a second master suite. With a queen bed that will make you want to sleep in all day, a sleeper chair that is perfect for the morning coffee, a walkin closet to store all that you brought, charger station for your mobile devices, roku tv and access to your own private balcony.
Laundry
We are obsessed with cleanliness. From white towels and sheets that are bleach sanitized between every guest, to professional cleaning of the house, hard surface floors and readily available disinfecting products.
The garage is packed with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, even plenty of sunblock and bug spray.
